Shipping policy
Processing time
Due to the multitude of options available, all items are made to order. We strive to have all orders ready to ship out within a week, but that is not always possible.
Estimated shipping times
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and conditions with shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in shipment once the order has been turned over to the carrier.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damages in shipment
While we securely pack all orders, we do not have control over how packages are handled in shipment and therefore are not responsible for damages in shipment. However, all orders are insured against damages and we will work with you in these cases. You will need to notify us as soon as the order is received so that we can start the insurance process. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING as the insurance company may request these items. You will need to supply us with pictures of the external and internal packaging, full damaged item, and clear image of the damages. Additional images may be requested. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL- reshipment of the item will nullify the insurance coverage. If you are not willing to work with us on the process to receive the insurance, we will not be able to replace or refund your order. Please understand that the insurance process require some patience but we will keep you updated with whatever information we have.
