Rock Ready Offroad Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly after they are received. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us at rockreadyoffroadfl@gmail.com within 12 hours of the order being placed.

  • Custom Designs: Note that custom designs cannot be changed or cancelled once the design has been approved by the customer.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your gear. If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items must be securely packaged to ensure they return to us in "like-new" condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or other proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Compatibility: While we accept returns within 30 days, we strongly encourage you to double-check product compatibility with your vehicle before ordering to avoid restocking and shipping fees.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at rockreadyoffroadfl@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

Certain items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom-Made 1-Off Items: Any product specifically designed, personalized, or fabricated as a one-off for your vehicle.
  • Used Items: Any product that has been installed, mounted, or used on a vehicle.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as sale, clearance, "as-is," or gift cards.

Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Defects must be brought to our attention within 10 days of delivery. Contact us at rockreadyoffroadfl@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.
  • Shipping Damages: Damage caused during delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of the order being received to qualify for a carrier claim. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to the 30-day window and restocking fee) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
