1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

At Rock Ready Offroad, we take pride in the quality of every product we fabricate. Every aluminum fender, bracket, and custom part that leaves our shop is built to withstand the demands of off-road use. That's why we back all of our products with a 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, including:

  • Welding & Fabrication Defects – Cracks, failures, or structural defects resulting from our welding or fabrication process.
  • Powder Coating Defects – Peeling, flaking, or delamination of the powder coat finish that occurs under normal use conditions (not caused by abrasion, impact, or chemical exposure).
  • Fitment Issues Due to Manufacturing Error – If a product does not fit as designed due to an error on our part during fabrication, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
  • Hardware Defects – Defects in the stainless steel mounting hardware included with your order.

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear & Tear – Scratches, scuffs, fading, or cosmetic wear from regular use.
  • Improper Installation – Damage resulting from incorrect installation, failure to follow provided instructions, or installation by an unqualified person.
  • Off-Road Damage & Accidents – Damage caused by trail use, rocks, debris, collisions, rollovers, or any other impact or accident.
  • Modifications After Delivery – Any product that has been cut, welded, drilled, bent, or otherwise modified after delivery is not covered.
  • Change of Mind or Wrong Product Selection – This warranty does not apply to returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect product selection.
  • Corrosion from Environmental Exposure – Surface oxidation or corrosion resulting from exposure to salt, mud, chemicals, or harsh environments.
  • Damage from Improper Maintenance – Neglect or failure to maintain the product appropriately.

Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of delivery as confirmed by your shipping carrier's tracking information.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period:

  1. Email us at your store contact email with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide store credit for the defective product. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Rock Ready Offroad's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.

Rock Ready Offroad reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims.
